Refund policy

Unstatus aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

 

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy allows for returns or exchanges up to 7 days from the original purchase date. A return label/handling fee will be taken out of the total refund amount for all returns.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; All Sale Items (Markdowns and Sale Promotions with code) , Limited releases, socks, under garments, publications, and collaborations. Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. 

Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied. (Example: The returned item(s)must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging. Footwear returned with damage to the shoebox, or without a box, will be returned to the customer.)

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

*Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately. support@unstatusclothing.com

Shop Pay - Once your refund has been processed, it will automatically get sent through to Shop Pay, and will show up in your payment plan.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item(s). This will secure the item(s) and expedite the shipping process. A refund for the original item(s) will be processed upon arrival at our returns center.

*We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
