Shipping policy



Our standard order processing time is up to two to seven business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations verification, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business days. Note that during peak seasons and during any inclement weather, shipments may experience slight delays from us and/or the carrier.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

All domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses are shipped via UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.
